I love the staff and they are very knowledgeable about their products. All the products are all-natural which I love so much. Love knowing what my little Squirrel eating plus everything is reasonably priced and location is bad either love all the little shops in the area

I was waiting for the bus with my frenchie and Boston on this 80 degree day (my error completely, it got so hot so fast). I thought I had 10 minutes for the bus and when I ran inside and waited in line, it updated to 2 mins. I asked if I could leave it in the counter because my bus was nearby. Next thing I know, either the customer in front of me or the cashier ran to the bus stop with the ice cream and said “it’s too hot today”’! It was nicest thing ever. Regardless of who it was, it was amazing and made my day and really helped cool my dogs down. Anytime I’ve gone in an All The Best Pet store, it’s a great experience. Read please. On 10/25, after getting over a cold and a long week at work. I slept the day away and arrived to the store at 702pm. The unnamed hero let me know me the registers and store was closed. I informed them my dog didn't have food for the day. Without hesitation, she asked what kind of food my dog could eat, and proceeded to grab a bunch of samples. I bartend and deal with the public everyday. She could have just shrugged her shoulders and said good luck bud. Instead my dog got a meal tonight. Life happens and I didn't prepare myself or my dog accordingly. It was a small gesture that made a huge impact for my night. My dog would have been fine, but instead he got his meal tonight. Only The Best at All The Best. I hope this review reaches her, hence why I gave the date. Once again 10/25 702pm.

I love living so close to the best pet store in Seattle! They get to know our animals and give personalized and knowledgeable recommendations. The food and treats offered are made by independent well-vetted companies with excellent quality control records. If your picky pet doesn't like what you got them they will happily take it back and if it's opened, they will donate it! All around such a good company with terrific staff.

I've been going to All the Best for years, I've been to many different locations and they are all great. That being said, Riley is the reason that I keep coming back to this location. Riley has helped me with my dog so much over the years. She always has excellent recommendations and goes above and beyond every single time to make sure that my dog is well taken care of. She has special ordered different products for me, helped me find the right food for my dog, and is always a pleasure to see. Truly any issues I've come to her with few years she has had ideas for me on how to fix it. The entire team there is great and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Really appreciate the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff here. They give you lots of freebies to try. They want their products to work for you so they are quite flexible about returns/exchanges. They are well-established yet still local, definitely my go-to for my pet’s needs in the Seattle area.
