I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le SPA. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The facilities were spotless, and everything felt luxurious without being pretentious. My massage was fantastic, and my therapist was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on making the experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a place to unwind and treat yourself, I can't recommend Le SPA enough. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Seattle.

Very rough spa experience. This facility seems like the spa was an afterthought inside the hotel as it is small and lacks much comfort or ambiance. My massage was like an endurance test - do not believe the therapist was qualified whatsoever. She missed most of the basics and the quality of the massage was poor. Pricing was on par with Four Seasons but value was extremely poor. The lady who checked us out tried to cover with a discount but it was still very expensive and not an enjoyable visit.

Called Le Spa to book Morpheus8 and received Penelope and the Beauty Bar. Intentionally do not patronize Penelope and the Beauty Bar. Marketing materials for Morpheus8 with Le Spa misleading and inaccurate.

Disappointing, unclean, uncomfortable, and overpriced. We went there for a sister spa day and all three of us felt cheated. When we first arrived, they tried to give us the flimsy giveaway foot protectors that they give you at nail salons. They didn’t even provide spa slippers until I had to asked for them. Then they had the nerve to apologize and say themselves that it was unacceptable! The toilets were backed up and not flushing, spa slippers and towels were all over the place. There’s a disgusting trashcan in the steam room. The massage itself is only 50 minutes and cost the same for what you would get at a 5 star hotel. The massage therapist asked the same question as any, “are there any areas you want to focus on;” I told him neck and shoulders, and he only massaged my neck and shoulders and back while faced down —the usual practice Is to start your massage face down and end your massage face up —he cut off the second half of my massage claiming to have spent more time on my neck and shoulders. This would’ve been fine if it were an amazing massage on my neck and shoulders; however, it was underwhelming. All three of us had horrible experiences and when we told the receptionist at the front desk who checked this out, she did nothing. Suffice to say, avoid.

The Korean Oxygen Facial + LED was genuinely excellent. My skin felt amazing and looked noticeably brighter and more hydrated afterward. That part alone was worth 5 stars. Unfortunately the rest of the experience fell short. The 80-minute Gua Sha massage was much too light The body polish wasn't really worth the price tag, and the infrared pod was too small, humid, and uncomfortable at 5’11”. The facialist also seemed unfamiliar working around a male client (I have a beard), and several interactions with staff felt a little forced and awkward. The front-desk greeting was nervous and unprepared, which set an anxious tone that lingered all day. I appreciate the beautiful space and the one standout facial, but I probably won’t return.
