I really want to give them zero stars. They over charged me and wouldn’t give me my clothes back. The quality of work and service does not reflect the prices they were charging. They we’re late on having my pants hemmed after a week. They told me one price then lied saying it was another price. Their worker hung up in my face as well when I tried to call to discuss the issue. They are rude and unsatisfactory! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
Long time customer. 20+ years. Several hundred dollars a month. Dropped off a cream colored turtleneck sweater that wasn't even dirty, I just like to keep my clothes looking new as long as possible. When I went to wear it I discovered this huge stain that was NOT there when I dropped it off. Just got back after taking it in to show them. Oh they were aware of it, but claim it was already there. Pink and green? What would even make this stain other than something while it was being cleaned? I'm extremely disappointed that they wouldn't admit to their mistake and angered that they would insult my intelligence by lying about it. Shady, duplicitous, irresponsible and unethical. They've lost a good customer.
Do not go here! I called yesterday before buying a sweater to ask the cost of dry cleaning one wool sweater. I was told “11.99”. I go there an hour later, I check they can do it and the woman cuts the tags off and takes my item and then confirms yes they can do it. I tell her I was the woman on the phone and thank her for helping me. I get there today and she rings me up for $17.64. I’m shocked! I say, I talked with you on the phone and you said 11.99. She says well it starts at 11.99 and goes up from there based on size. I have 2 major issues with that. Number 1, she never said on the phone or in person when I asked the price that it depended on size. She just decided a price today regardless of giving me an exact quote yesterday. Additionally, it’s a size medium sweater. It’s not a sweater dress, coat, or something huge. It’s a regular size sweater. During check out, I was polite, understanding, and asked her to please help me understand. I reminded her that she did not EVER say that the prices change based on size. I said I wanted to continue supporting the business but I was not comfortable with the changing prices on me. I asked if there was anything she could do to honor her price quote. She was very rude and said “what do you want me to do?” All she offered was my receipt which I’m not sure how that helps me. Anyway, if you live in Seattle, find somewhere else to go. This business does not honor their price quotes and then treats you rudely when you ask them to honor their original quote. I am so incredibly frustrated with this whole interaction.
