Nesbit's Fine Watch Service

I have had two Rolex watches go through the full “scheduled maintenance” program there in the past (with great results) but more recently I had a “well loved” DJ41 Oyster bracelet that needed a good polish. Much to my delight, they were able to get it to about 95% new condition! I am thrilled with the results! My photo doesn’t do the work justice. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Tom is an incredibly talented watchmaker and is very personable (as is Jan)! We are lucky to have their expertise in are region.

I recently took my Dad’s Omega Constellation in for a new battery and was so very impressed with the quality of care that was given- the kind and friendly banter we had and just the whole vibe was so refreshing! I can’t thank them enough for getting Dads watch back on line for us! I will absolutely return and will also refer anyone with a time piece concern to go see the Masterclass at Nesbits! Just got my vintage Omega Seamaster back from Nesbit's after a full service and restoration. I could not be happier with the work performed and will recommend the to others. Jan was delightful to correspond with. They were also much cheaper than sending it back to Omega.

I had my watch serviced at this location today. Fast friendly service & excellent, replaced my watch battery in 10 minutes. Also, he found out my watch is missing a screw so he replaced a new screw without charge me additional fees. It costs me only $35 for new battery. Recommend this location for everyone.

I went by Nesbit's to have my Omega Railmaster bracelet resized and a Czech Robot polished to remove a hairline scratch. Jan and Tom were very helpful and service was quick to resize the Omega. They also told me that polishing the Robot would damage it, and suggested replacing the caseback instead. On their advice, I contacted the manufacturer, who is working with me to do so. Nesbit's is very knowledgeable, and I hope to return in the future.

Absolutely first class business, with exceptionally competent technicians who have been recommended to me across various watch forums. I get an objective explanation of options, work, etc., and the customer service is impeccable. On an expensive heirloom watch, I soon not rely on someone chosen at random.
